Java Bayakaouil – A very smooth medium-bodied coffee with the aroma of fudge baking in the oven. Has a bit of a spice-like taste that some have described as reminiscent of nutmeg.
Kenya Vintage Peaberry – A full-bodied coffee with a fragrant aroma and a burgundy-like winey flavor.
Sumatra Mandheling – A full bodied coffee with a woodsy aroma and a chocolaty taste. Some refer to it as syrupy.
Celebes Kalossi – A full-bodied coffee with a woodsy aroma and the flavor of chocolate and caramel.
Colombian San Agustin – A medium-bodied coffee that has an aroma of a newly opened box of chocolate covered cherries and a flavor like burgundy infused chocolate…at least to me.
Brazil Tijuco Preto – A heavy-bodied coffee…almost buttery with a bittersweet chocolate flavor.
Tanzania Peaberry – A medium-bodied coffee with the aroma of a freshly baked chocolate cake and almost a sweet mocha-like taste with a hint of brown sugar and no, I wasn’t “on anything” when I evaluated it! Not as winey as a Kenyan or Ethiopian.
Fresh Roast Blend – A blend of coffee from Indonesia and South America. Full-bodied, traditional aroma and the flavor of light unsweetened cocoa. This is our standard drip coffee that also makes a wonderful espresso.
ORGANICS
Ethiopian Harrar – A light bodied coffee with an aroma of juicy fruit gum and a rich blackberry/raspberry flavor. A fair trade coffee.
Sumatra Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated – A light bodied coffee with a fruity aroma and an amaretto flavor.
